Walking & Running Track
Field Reservations
The walking track is a two-lane, 260-metre loop, surrounding our soccer fields. The track is open for public use, and walking directions vary by day to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all users.
The Nation Municipality, in collaboration with the United Counties of Prescott and Russell (the “UCPR”), is thrilled to announce that the walking/running track at The Nation Sports Complex will be free to access for everyone throughout 2025 and 2026! This exciting initiative is made possible thanks to the generous support of the UCPR’s Regional Community Investment Fund.
First-time visitors are encouraged to stop by the reception desk on their initial visit to learn about the track’s rules and policies.
It is important to note that any child aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Our synthetic indoor 2/3-size soccer field is available for rental. The field can be rented as a full surface or divided into two halves. Each half comfortably accommodates 9v9 soccer games.
We also host a variety of other activities, including football, lacrosse, and baseball. Lacrosse nets are available on site and included with the rental.
It is important to note that any child aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Strike up some fun at our four bowling lanes, complete with high tables and chairs for lounging. Bowling shoes are available, and the space has its own washroom. For added fun, try our glow-in-the-dark and neon bowling!
Drop-In: No staff are stationed at the bowling desk. To start playing, simply call or text the number posted on-site, and an employee will come set everything up for you.
IMPORTANT: Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. No exceptions. Staff reserve the right to cancel any games without refund if proper supervision is not provided.
