PURPOSE OF APPLICATION: reduce the minimum distance separation between a new straight wall manure lagoon and neighbouring dwellings from 855 feet to 750‘(2049 Rte. 900 W.), to 734‘(2045 Rte. 900 W.), to 734’ (2035 Rte. 900 W.) and to 433’ (2048 Rte. 900 W.) and 33 feet from a side lot line instead of 56 feet, as stipulated in provision 5.16.3.2 of Zoning By-law 2- 2006.
TAKE NOTICE THAT the Committee of Adjustment for The Nation Municipality will hold a Public Hearing at The Nation Town Hall, 958 Road 500 West, Casselman, on Monday, the 18th day of March, 2024 at 3:15 pm to hear the above application as required by Section 45 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990.
