The Nation’s Golden Connections Program is proud to invite seniors and caregivers to a fall prevention workshop, presented by the Centre de santé communautaire de l’Estrie.

Join us for an informative and interactive afternoon, featuring:

• a presentation on falls and their prevention;
• practical tips to identify and reduce risks;
• an overview of ongoing research projects;
• a hands-on activity: how to get up from the floor; and
• a question period.
