In the words of Mr. M. Prévost, retired chief archivist at the University of Ottawa, the artwork, glasswork, and woodwork all merge into one to make this church “a real gem of Franco Ontarian heritage … one of the nicest examples of rural churches in French Ontario. Its heritage value is truly invaluable and its beauty, unquestionable”. Its harmonious and integrated art forms (stained glass, painting, woodwork) are a beautiful testimony to this.
