FREE The Nation Sports Complex is offering FREE Parents and Toddlers Field Time on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Come and meet other parents of the community while having fun with your little ones! One field is designated for participants 12 and under, and one field is for ages 13 and up. Children under 12 years old MUST be supervised by an adult. Come enjoy the extra playtime! A time reserved for seniors to skate peacefully on the ice, improve their balance, and stay active. FREE with financial support from the Government of Ontario through the Seniors Active Living Centres (SALC) Program. FREE Users aged 12 and under must wear a CSA approved helmet and must be accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 16. |
