Join us at the St-Isidore Recreation Centre for 1-hour sessions designed to keep you active and feeling your best! Each session includes:

  • A gentle cardio warm-up (like walking) to get the blood flowing
  • 35-40 minutes of targeted stretching to improve mobility, stability, and overall flexibility
  • Compound movements that engage multiple muscle groups for maximum benefit

While we can’t stop the aging process, regular physical activity helps slow its effects. Staying active reduces the risk of chronic diseases, enhances mobility, and promotes independence as we age. Weakness and slower movement aren’t just part of getting older—they’re often the result of an inactive lifestyle.
