Free First Aid, CPR & AED Certification

The Nation Municipality is proud to offer 4 free First Aid, CPR, and AED Certification sessions to residents. These full-day courses are designed to equip participants with essential life-saving skills and meet all Ontario WSIB and Canada Labour Code requirements.

This project is made possible through funding from the Province of Ontario.

Why We're Offering This Program

In times of emergency, every second counts. By increasing the number of residents trained in First Aid, CPR, and AED use, we aim to build a more resilient and prepared community—where neighbours, friends, and family members can confidently step in to assist until emergency responders arrive.

This initiative reflects our ongoing commitment to public safety and community wellbeing by ensuring more residents have the tools they need to act when it matters most.
