PURPOSE OF APPLICATION: proposes to increase the maximum area for an accessory structure from 3200 square feet to 4450 square feet, as stipulated in provision 4.1 of Zoning Bylaw 2-2006, to make the existing garage compliant once the new house has been built.
TAKE NOTICE THAT the Committee of Adjustment for The Nation Municipality will hold a Public Hearing at The Nation Town Hall, 958 Road 500 West, Casselman, on Monday, the 27th day of January 2025 at 3:15 pm to hear the above application as required by Section 45 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990.
