Job Offer – Custodian for building maintenance
Part-time
20 hours/ week from Monday to Friday
St-Isidore, Ontario
The Housing Corporation of St-Isidore is looking for a building technician (concierge) for 25 apartments for the elderly.
Requirements:
- Speak and write in French
- Knowledge of plumbing, electricity, general maintenance, exterior maintenance and knowledge with electronic devices
- WHMIS Certification (WHIMIS)
- CPR course (an asset)
- Course – Certified at heights (an asset)
- Live in the vicinity of St-Isidore, Ontario
Seeking:
- Courteous, honest, discrete and punctual
- Must be flexible for changing hours of work and available for emergencies in the evenings and on weekends
Description of tasks:
- Repair and maintain building’s indoor and outdoor
