Casselman, Ontario, April 3rd 2024 — The Nation Municipality is happy to announce the hiring of Pierre Leroux as its new Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), effective May 6th, 2024. Pierre brings a wealth of experience and expertise to this pivotal role, and we eagerly anticipate the positive impact of his leadership on our community.
With his experience as Mayor of the Russell Township, Mr. Leroux is well-equipped to guide The Nation Municipality into its next phase of growth and development. His dedication to public service and commitment to fostering collaboration make him an ideal fit for our municipality.

In assuming the role of CAO, Pierre will succeed Josée Brizard, who has served with distinction for 8 years. The Nation Municipality extends its deepest gratitude to Josée for her dedicated service and significant contributions to our municipality. We wish her a fulfilling, enjoyable and well deserved retirement, filled with new adventures.
Josée Brizard will officially conclude her tenure with the municipality on May 3rd, 2024.
