BY-LAW 53-2021
From May 1st to September 30th, The Nation Municipality has restrictions on the use of water from municipal water works for the purpose of watering lawns, gardens, flowers, hedges or any other vegetation outside any building.
The following exceptions apply:
- Persons living at odd-numbered buildings are permitted to water on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays between 7 p.m. and 10 p.m.
- Persons living at even-numbered buildings are permitted to water on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 7 p.m. and 10 p.m.
- It is STRICTLY forbidden to use water from a municipal system for outdoor watering on Sundays.
- Persons watering manually are permitted to water at any time.
