The maintenance fee is $618.60 per equivalent unit for 2025 and will be invoiced in four installments of $154.65.

All unpaid amounts from the previous year’s consumption will be added to your interim tax bills along with a $36.00 service fee (per service).
Fees will be billed separately every three months and will be payable on the last business day of April, July, October and January.
Pre-Authorised Utility Payment Plan
The municipality’s Pre-Authorised Payment Plan provides two different payment options for automatic bank withdrawals. Your current bill must be paid in full before you can enroll in the plan.
Internet or Telephone Banking
Most financial institutions offer Internet or telephone banking. To set up, you will need to input the 5 digit account number as shown on your bill. If this does not work, contact your financial institution’s help desk.
Financial Institution
Payment can be made at most financial institutions on or before the due date. Institutions may charge for this service.
Municipal Offices
Payments may be made at our two municipal offices. After hours, you may deposit your payment in the drop-off boxes. The following payment types will be accepted: cash, Interac, cheques, or money orders. Payments by credit card are not accepted.
By mail
Send your utility bill stub and payment to: Nation Municipality, 958 Route 500 West, Casselman, ON K0A 1M0. Don’t forget to make cheques payable to ”Nation Municipality“ and write your account number on the front of the cheque.
Go paperless! You can now receive and view your Utility bills online! Once you register, you will no longer receive your utility bills by mail.
