Nia combines music, mindfulness and dynamic movement to leave you physically energized, mentally clear, and emotionally balanced. Nia is non-impact, practiced barefoot, and adaptable to individual needs and abilities.
PLEASE NOTE: The class is full however we have a waiting list available. We ask that you arrive 10 minutes before the start of the class. Please bring a bottle of water and wear comfortable shoes.
