Printing & Document Services

We offer printing, photocopying, scanning and laminating services at all branches.

  • Black & White: $0.25 per page
  • Colour: $1. per page

Page is defined as one side of a sheet of paper.

Scanning is FREE. Printing fees above apply if printed.

  • Letter (8.5″ x 11″): $1.50 per sheet of paper
  • Legal (8.5″ x 14″): $2.00 per sheet of paper
  • Tabloid (11″ x 17″): $3.00 per sheet of paper

Lamination services are available upon request. Processing may take up to one week and can vary depending on staff availability.

Computer & Internet Access

  • Computers with high-speed Internet and software programs are available at all branches.
  • Workstations are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • No registration is required unless all workstations are in use. When all workstations are occupied, users must register at the circulation desk to be added to the waitlist.
    • Computer sessions are limited to one hour only when a waitlist is in effect; otherwise, users may continue their session until a patron joins the waitlist, or the library is closing.
    • Users will receive a 15-minute notice when a waiting patron arrives or when the library is approaching closing time

3D Printing

3D printing is available for use, but users must be familiar with operating the printers, as staff support is not currently provided.

Access Passes: Museums & Parks

Enjoy free admission to local museums, galleries and other sites with our library passes!

  • Loan period: 7 days (no renewals)

  • Passes cannot be reserved—visit your local branch to see what’s available

  • Use passes multiple times during the loan period

  • Replacement and administrative fees apply for lost or stolen passes.

Available Passes:

  • Ingenium Pass – Free admission the permanent collection for 2 adults and 4 children to:
    • Canada Agriculture and Food Museum
    • Canadian Aviation and Space Museum
    • Canada Science and Technology Museum
  • Canadian Museum of Nature “Nature Card”- Free admission for a family of 5 (max. 3 adults)
  • National Gallery of Canada – Free admission to  for 2 adults and 3 children
  • Canadian Museum of History / Canadian War Museum Pass – Free admission for a family of 5 (max. 2 adults)
  • Glengarry Pioneer Museum (Seasonal) – Free family admission
  • Ontario Parks Day-Use Permit –  Access for one vehicle and its occupants to all provincial parks in Ontario

All branches, Limoges, St-Albert, and St-Isidore, are wheelchair accessible.

We offer materials in a variety of accessible formats, including:

  • Online newspapers and magazines
  • Literacy materials
  • DAISY books (English & French), braille, and PrintBraille
  • Braille music scores & audio music instruction
  • VictorReader Talking Book Player
  • Online databases accessible from home or in-branch
